Élodie Gentina – Expert on Generation Z & Intergenerational Management
Élodie Gentina is a recognized specialist in Generation Z and intergenerational management. Holding a PhD in management science and an authorization to direct research (HDR), she is currently a professor-researcher in marketing at IESEG School of Management. Her work focuses on studying the consumer behaviors of "digital natives" (born after 1995) and the new managerial challenges they bring to organizations.
Her research also aims to understand relations between generations in a rapidly evolving workplace. How can four generations coexist within a company? How can age-related stereotypes be broken down to turn coexistence into genuine collaboration? These are the core questions fueling her keynotes and publications.
Backed by over 50,000 responses from young individuals gathered through surveys, interviews, and observations across France and internationally (Asia, the Americas, Europe), she has developed an unparalleled understanding of this generation and the future challenges of work.
