A five-time freediving world champion at the service of your teams
Arthur discovered freediving during his childhood. Already very close to the aquatic element at the time, which he frequented in his hometown of Nice or in Corsica where he lived as a child. He began his career as a freediver in 2011 at the age of 26. Since then, he has accumulated 5 world championship titles and 8 world records.
In 2016, he became the first person to reach the symbolic 300m mark in dynamic freediving—an absolute world record in the discipline.
In 2017, he set a first world record for under-ice freediving, equipped with his wetsuit and monofin, reaching 175m.
Since March 2021, Arthur has been at the heart of a dual world record attempt project for under-ice freediving—this time in breaststroke. In March 2021, he set a new world record with a wetsuit at 120m. Then, on March 8th, in the Morrison Quarry in Quebec, he swam 105m, still in breaststroke, but this time without a wetsuit, wearing just a simple swimsuit.
An absolute record in the discipline. The achievement was widely covered in French and international media via AFP. He is the most decorated Frenchman in freediving history.
Today, backed by his experience and stature, Arthur focuses on sharing and aims to raise public awareness about the beauty and values of his discipline through demanding, sensitive audiovisual productions where human adventure blends with athletic achievement.
