He made a promising World Cup debut in 2004 at the Giant Slalom in Kranjska Gora (SLO).
He scored his first points during the super combined in Val d’Isère (FRA) in 2005. Adrien claimed his first World Cup victory in 2011, during the Downhill in Lenzerheide (SUI). That season also saw him climb onto the podium twice during the Super-G in Beaver Creek (USA) and the legendary downhill in Kitzbuehel (AUT).
Subsequent seasons established Adrien as one of the sure bets of the World Cup, regularly securing podium finishes across different disciplines (13 podiums and 3 victories).
At the 2015 World Championships in Beaver Creek (USA), Adrien crowned his second dream, taking the bronze medal in Super-G.
His next goals are now to finish in the top 3 of a discipline, earn a second medal at the World Championships (2017 or 2019), and permanently enter French alpine skiing history by winning an Olympic medal in 2018.Languages spoken by the speaker
