Virginie Raisson-Victor is an internationally recognized geopolitical and foresight analyst, author, and keynote speaker whose expertise bridges global risks, systemic transitions, and planetary boundaries. With academic training in History, International Relations, and Geopolitics, she has built a career at the crossroads of science, strategy, and foresight.

She currently serves as Head of the Foresight Department at Keepers, a multi-family office, and as President of the GIEC des Pays de la Loire (regional scientific committee on climate issues). Her transdisciplinary approach enables her to analyze energy, climate, technological, demographic, and health transitions with a unique perspective on sovereignty and resilience.

Virginie is also a lecturer at IRIS – Institute of International and Strategic Relations and a member of several strategic and scientific committees, including Guerlain, Cetih, Norsys, Nantes–Saint Nazaire Développement, IGN, and CNRS.

She has authored two landmark works in foresight and data visualization:

• 2033, Atlas des Futurs du Monde (2010)

• 2038, Les Futurs du Monde (2016)

Together, these books sold over 40,000 copies and were translated into 7 languages. She is also a long-standing contributor to ARTE’s acclaimed geopolitical program Le Dessous des Cartes, and co-author of two atlases (2005, 2007).
