He offers a comprehensive vision of project management and performance.
His personal motivation stems directly from his past experience. As he often puts it: "My role is to manage and provide everything essential to a project's performance... Everything I would have wished for when I was 25-30 years old as a sailor."
Following a sporting setback at the Olympic Games, where he competed as world No. 1 after a back injury disrupted his final two months of preparation, Tanguy Cariou processed the defeat and, above all, learned valuable lessons from failure. He then decided to engage across diverse sailing circuits rather than specializing in just one.
He has taken part in various competitions: offshore racing with Groupama and Franck Cammas, the America's Cup with the French challenges and Alinghi, multihulls, Match Racing, etc. It was during these sporting milestones that he honed his passion for tactics and strategy.
