After extensive studies in law, political science, and business, she founded WoMen’Up in 2011, an association combining gender and generational issues.
She pursues a dual ambition: for businesses, placing young people and particularly men at the heart of diversity policies; for Civil Society, promoting an uninhibited vision of postmodern feminism. In 2013, she launched The Boson Project. This consulting firm is an atypical and committed research center. Its mission through its various engagements is to address the question of human capital: does it truly have value, and is it the primary driver of sustainable organizational transformation? In 2014, she committed herself to the French Navy, bringing her energy and convictions. Appointed "Enseigne de Vaisseau" (Sub-Lieutenant), she works to forge ties between civil society and the maritime world.
