Stéphane Mallard is a « digital evangelist », learning to code when he was a young boy before studying economics in Montreal and at Sciences Po Paris. Stéphane began his career in the trading rooms of a major European bank as a digital evangelist or forecasting specialist. His role was to get to grips with the disruptive technologies linked to the digital revolution – artificial intelligence, blockchains and quantum computing – and make them less complex and more intelligible to help prepare the right strategy for their arrival.

Stephane Mallard is an entrepreneur, author & speaker. He’s the founder of Casual Shake.

Born in France with many long trips in the U.S. as a kid, he learned coding when he was 12. He graduated in Economics at University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada and got his Master’s at Sciences Po Paris, France. He occupied several positions on digital transformation in consulting, financial and tech firms.

He launched Casual Shake in 2018 and gives may talks throughout Europe and the U.S. in corporations, schools and for the general public, to raise awareness on the impact that the digital revolution brings about and harness its potential both as a business and for personal growth.

His talks are inspiring and a bit provoking, but always conveyed in an enthusiasm fashion as he believes technology creates a brighter future for all, with addressable challenges. His goal is to empower the audience with concrete and specific ways to prepare for the coming decades. He often says that his talk is “like reading 50 books within an hour !”

He’s the best selling author in France of the book Disruption : Artificial Intelligence, end of salaried jobs, augmented in humanity.

UnoMe allows your employees to benefit from the conference of this doctor in neuroscience who specialises in negotiation and management issues.

Imagine that you have to work with someone who is impulsive, procrastinating, hyper-attentive to shortcomings and resistant to change. Someone who, faced with the stress of delivering an urgent report, refuses to perform any task that is not included in his or her contract and who goes walkabout on social networks. Well, this person is a part – a human part – of all of us, lodged in our limbic brain. If you’re wondering how you can to get to know it and pacify it so you can motivate it more effectively, then neuroscience is the answer. For instance, neuroscience can demonstrate that the most efficient team management depends on employee well-being.

With 15 years in research and journalism, neuroscientist Marc Turiault tells us all about the most advanced research on the human brain’s daily battle to make humankind « a rational animal » in the words of Aristotle. With a PhD in neuroscience from the Collège de France, Marc spent 13 years in the company of mice in a selection of internationally-renowned laboratories. It was while working on the mechanisms of stress and motivation that he published his research in the most reputable journals in the scientific press (Nature, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron and PNAS).

Marc, has currently developed an innovation programme on leadership techniques, workplace integration and education in Switzerland based on recent contributions from cognitive neuroscience.

Marc uses his 10 years of acting experience on the stages of Geneva, Paris and Dubai to explain the wonders of the brain in humorous fashion. His conferences reveal the latest contributions of neuroscience to employee management methods, which have shown their effectiveness in business.

By helping us understand our brains better, Marc Turiault helps us become better leaders.

XAVIER DELERUE’S keynotes in DUBAI and ABU DHABI

Xavier has become a true icon and has gathered great respect in the snowboarding world since he embarked upon making films and arranging his own expeditions. He has developed from being a world-class athlete to creating spectacular films on snowboarding. Xavier has transformed the approach to filming by experimenting with new ways of capturing daring feats, such as by using drones in the 2015 film « Degrees North ». He is currently working on a personal project: skiing, filming and mounting a production on his own travels.

Xavier is a freerider with a passion for board sports, steep slopes and speed. His style, he says, is no other than « fast and furious ». Xavier began his career by winning the Boardercross World Championship, first in 2003 and again in 2007, and has had multiple successes at the X Games.

He was the Snowboard Freeride World Champion three times running (in 2008, 2009 and 2010) and has twice received the award for the best line in the Freeride World Tour (snowboarding and skiing).

Whether he is facing steep cliffs, narrow corridors, deep powder, or terrain more akin to a mini-golf course, Xavier employs his technical knowledge to the full to tackle each part of every run.

But it is thanks to his stunning films that he has become a true hero in his sport. Xavier has always endeavoured to find locations with plenty of potential, to challenge himself in the most varied environments. In his film « Mission Antarctica« , he snowboarded on some of the most inhospitable expanses of ice in the world. Now, after years of organising the logistical aspects of his various projects, Xavier is appreciative of the purity of his new « DIY » production.

Based in Verbier, Switzerland, during the winter months, when he is not out on the road filming, he returns to the Pyrenees in the summer to spend time practising various other extreme sports.

But the most important thing for Xavier is to evolve, to experiment and to innovate, not only to surprise others, but also to surprise himself.

Conférences de Nicolas Hale Woods, organisateur d'événements freeride légendaires, sur la motivation et le leadership management, par UnoMe le Swiss Speakers' Bureau

Nicolas Hale-Woods is known as the co-founder of Xtreme Verbier, as well as the founder of the Freeride World Tour, the off-piste ski and snowboard World Cup, of which Xtreme Verbier is the grand finale event. With a team of 12, Nicolas’ company also manages the sport’s pyramid, comprising 4,000 licensed athletes and over 130 competitions worldwide, enabling juniors to progress on the Freeride Junior Tour before competing to qualify for the Freeride World Tour at the Freeride World Qualifier.

With an English father and a Swiss-born mother, originally from Neuchâtel, Nicolas spent time on the slopes at a very young age, accompanied by his grandmother. After attending schools in Switzerland, the UK and Belgium, he was awarded a degree in economics from the University of Fribourg. It was during his studies in the mid-1980s that Nicolas acquired a passion for snowboarding. His goal: as well as a taste for adrenaline off the slopes, in completely different environments (especially as a water surfer).

This led him to form the Swiss Surfing Association with friends in 1992, enabling him to compete in amateur world surfing championships. « For a country with no ocean, this was great, » he says. A bit like the Jamaicans forming a bobsleigh team…

It was then that he developed the Freeride competitions at Verbier, marking the beginning of his career.

Born in 1970, Berti (Bertrand) Dénervaud is a former professional snowboarder who made his name in the half-pipe between 1992 and 2002. Originally from Fribourg in western Switzerland, he has an exceptional track record, having won as many as eight World Championships in both, the general class and the half-pipe. Berti’s talent has not only reaped its rewards in the Snowboard World Cup half-pipe, but also in Snowboard Cross and Alpine events. This has certainly been an incredible achievement, given that no other snowboarder has been able to do the same. Between 1991 and 2002, Berti earned a place on the podium in more than 50 events and qualified for the Nagano Winter Olympic Games. In June 1998, he also became President of the International Snowboarding Federation. Yet despite this success, Berti has always remained modest about his athletic achievements. He has never been interested in appearing on the covers of magazines and has always been more concerned about his sporting performance than his image.

Now 47, Berti lives in Lentigny, France, and is the Sales Director for Scott Sports Switzerland. This famous brand in the world of cycling, motorbiking and winter sports equipment works with various champions like Berti to put their experience to good use. Berti also judges snowboarding competitions, such as the Freeride World Tour in 2016.
