    Stef Reid is a world champion athlete and changemaker who redefines the limits of performance and possibility.

    A four-time Paralympian and triple Paralympic medallist, Stef’s journey to elite sport began after a life-changing accident at age 15. Originally dreaming of a rugby career, she adapted to her new reality with a carbon fibre running blade—and forged a new path that would inspire millions.

    She went on to become a five-time world record holder, compete in four Paralympic Games (2008, 2012, 2016, 2021), and win the world championship title in 2017. Her academic background in biochemistry and her multi-faceted professional career make her a rare hybrid: scientist, speaker, broadcaster, fashion model, executive coach, and media personality.

    Beyond the track, Stef broke barriers as the first amputee to walk the London Fashion Week runway and gained public attention through her vibrant appearance on Dancing on Ice 2022, where she skated into the quarterfinals—on an artificial foot.
